Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for approval and place a new order for the replacement item.

Exchange Period

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it (unworn or unused)

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: exchange due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

How to Start an Exchange 
To initiate a exchange, please contact us at info@joban.pk. Exchange must be sent to the address provided through email.

Once your exchange is accepted, we will provide a exchange shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@joban.pk. so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
